This opinion continues the line of cases that suggest mere Congressional oversight cannot peer into a grand jury room, but an "inquiry whose core aim is assessing possible articles of impeachment" can, and it's up to courts to police that line. (see also news.yahoo.com/in-pursuit-of-…)
