judge hoppe will issue an order on the still-pending motion for attorney's fees incurred by this drawn out, uncooperative discovery process after judge moon has ruled on the issue of contempt. hoppe said the order will be on the AMOUNT, meaning he's definitely awarding something.
per their june motion, plaintiffs are seeking over $20,000 from kline in attorney's fees just for the additional work required due to his failure to obey court orders on discovery.
