@Lowes Hi, Lowe's. What's the difference between a Google Nest Thermostat E, and a Google Nest Thermostat E And Sensor?

@Lowes 2/ On the Google store (pics below), it's pretty obvious: the thermostat is just a thermostat, and the thermostat AND SENSOR (which is a separate device you can it into a different room to track its temperature) is... a thermostat AND a sensor. But is it the same with @Lowes?

@Lowes 3/ At BestBuy, too (pics below), a thermostat is a thermostat, and a thermostat + sensor is a thermostat AND a sensor.

Again: what about Lowe's?

@Lowes 4/ Here's the lowes.com page selling a "Google Smart Thermostat And Room Sensor." The specifications say "Room sensor included" and that it's a "thermostat and room sensor."

If you ordered this, would you expect a thermostat AND room sensor, or just a thermostat?

@Lowes 5/ (By the way, here's your ad for the room sensor, which usually can be bought as a stand-alone item or bundled with a thermostat.)

So my Q is, is a "thermostat and room sensor" a thermostat AND a room sensor, or just a thermostat?

@Lowes 6/ See, the reason I'm asking, @lowes, is that I ordered this "thermostat and room sensor," but I received JUST A THERMOSTAT. And when I called customer service, they said, yeah, sorry about that, but it's SUPPOSED to be just a thermostat, even though it SAYS "AND ROOM SENSOR"...

@Lowes 7/... BOTH IN THE TITLE AND IN THE SPECS!

But according to customer svc., I can still get the room sensor that was supposed to be included -- if I pay for it.

Which, you know, doesn't seem right.

@Lowes 8/ P.S. @Lowes: Here's the paperwork that came with my thermostat, showing that I ordered a "thermostat and room sensor," and the box I actually got, saying simply "thermostat." Honestly, I don't want to be a pain, but may I please have my sensor too? Thanks.
