Who knows why/how they could call the DA's race but not yet the ballot props that were leading by a bigger margin than Boudin over Loftus?
I'm not an expert, especially in the RCV mail-in/provisional area/era but it does look like the ride share tax for public transit (D) and the affordable housing bond (A) are going to pass. The other affordable/teacher housing bond (E) has safely passed. sfelections.sfgov.org/november-5-201…
If these Prop results hold, together with Boudin victory, it would seem as though the late mail-in/provisional ballots broke for the most progressive stuff. Boudin and Loftus aren't far apart but Boudin was supported by Bernie/DSA so maybe that organizing pulled props over line.
