This is going to be fun. Albeit, a bit intense.

The mood to my left is far happier than the mood to my right.

So, my 11-year old is now a 12-year old.

For birthdays and Christmas, he doesn’t make a list. Never has. Maybe asks for a specific thing or two but generally leaves it to me.

It’s a combo of him being remarkably unmaterialistic and knowing I know him well.

Before this bday he asked for some walking-around money to do things with his friends but left the rest up to me.

I love that.

I let it simmer and marinate. I look around and think. And invariably, something clicks and I’m like “YES. That is it.”

This year there were some clothes and a comical volume of socks.

Glad I didn’t take this bait yesterday.
For the record, I regard Mayor Pete as measured almost to a fault. He says careful things. You don’t get a lot of off the cuff, unmeasured things from him. If any.

The quote felt out of character to me. So, rather than react, I waited for more context.
It’s human nature to react to things that appear on social media with a veneer of credibility.

When those things are based on alleged, single sentences offered without context, wouldn’t hurt us to pump the brakes before taking them as profound confessions of someone’s soul.

Absolutely no surprises with this XI. I think this is Klopp's 'big game' XI this season replacing Milderson+Gini from this time last year.

I had hoped Ox would get a sneaky start as I think his explosiveness in midfield would cause Jorginho an absolutely nightmare though.
What are your thoughts on this though Reds?


Chelsea XI is also interesting. Gutted Kante is fit for this - he ruined us in the Super Cup. Though think Gini will fare better than Milner did that day. Mount also makes it. Looks like he is reverting from a back 3 to a back 4 also.

Hi, @Priceline and @ExtendedStay. Booked a room at ESA. Asked for handicapped accessible. It says "accessible" on my Priceline confirmation page. Called ESA to confirm yesterday. They said they couldn't confirm the accessible room. Wanted me to pay a higher price to rebook.
@priceline @ExtendedStay The rep at the location said they had accessible rooms available but couldn't reserve one until check-in. Seems like a reasonable accommodation, no? The room was available at the time. Otherwise, why would they ask me to re-book at a higher price? #DisabilityRights
