Panduan minum air.

Minum air, minum lah.

Bersederhanalah. Tak payah terlebih dan harapnya jangan kurang. Saya sendiri tidak menyukat pengambilan air. Janji tidak haus dan air kencing kita tidak terlampau pekat.

Cukup.
Apa yang kita perlu sehari adalah mengikut aktiviti kita ya. Sebagai contoh, jika kita berdiri tengah panas, aktiviti bersukan, demam; nescaya keperluan air akan jadi lebih lagi. Jangan lupa, makanan kita pun ada kandungan air ya; terutamanya buah-buahan.
Minum banyak air TIDAK BOLEH kuruskan badan. Nak kurus, kena kira kalori keluar masuk betul-betul.

Minum terlebih sangat air boleh memudharatkan.

Bila badan terlebih sangat air, air akan menyebabkan sel badan membengkak.
Ia juga berlaku di dalam otak kita; jadi menyebabkan risiko seperti keliru, koma dan sawan. Keadaan ini dipanggil Hypervolaemic Hyponatraemia (dilutional), biasanya bila bacaan darah sodium terlampau rendah (normal antara 135-145 bergantung kepada makmal).
Keadaan ini juga boleh berlaku bila ada kegagalan buah pinggang, hati & lemah jantung. Sebab itu Doktor mohon kurangkan pengambilan kuantiti air.

Tak perlu tanya berapa banyak air anda perlu kerana lain orang lain. Yang tentunya, tak payah sampai 10L.
