If you’re interested in organizing roles: apply again even if you applied already. Most people who applied a long time ago are no longer interested when we contact them, so if you want to be considered now make sure you submit a fresh application.

Also, apply to every state you would work in. Hires are made by in-state teams and will happen concurrently on a rolling basis.

If you don’t see your state listed, do not wait for it to appear—apply now to states where we're hiring. The way this works is that staff from early states are often redeployed to later states as we move through the calendar. If you wait for your state’s primary, you may miss out

(Of course, this is a big emphasis in the strategy content that we've released as a campaign. Our #1 goal is to do well in early states so that we build momentum. That's why our ask for volunteers in later states is to phonebank into early states and travel to early states.)

So again, if you don't see your state here and especially if you have limited campaign experience, the best thing you can do if you want to work for the campaign is to apply for a position on our team in Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada, or South Carolina. You'll help make history!

To clarify the above tweet: you do not need to apply again if you just applied in the last month or two. If you applied a long time ago, please apply again so that we know that you're still interested. A lot of people applied early on in the campaign when we had fewer spots.

Also, when a new job is posted the hiring manager may not have access to all previous applicants to other jobs. So if a job you applied for was filled, do not assume that you are being considered for other new jobs unless you apply. Hope that makes sense! Thank you all!
