In fact, Malkin has actually gone beyond that. She not only refuses to differentiate between conservatives and bigots, but she attacks conservatives who speak out against those bigots. And then she condemns people with slight immigration policy disagreements as the real bad guys.
She is essentially aiding attempts to smear conservatives and normalize bigots. That causes real harm. People need to recognize and speak out against that.
