One day, which I'll never forget, she pulled me and my brothers in for a family meeting and she said with a scared sad face (first time I ever saw that btw), that she was sorry, but that we didn't have enough food to eat until the end of the month, and

that we had to make a box of spaghetti last for two weeks somehow. She held back tears and I knew that we had to help out and not be greedy with the food. We made it, but that began to open my eyes to the fact that we were rich in spirit, but def not in income.
I realized in 1978 that money is a mood changer. It can ruin families, if there is no hope, faith or love. Without those things, any home can fall apart. To mental health, to addiction, to desperation...etc. I saw it first hand growing up & still to this day.
I never heard of a 'concept' in this country where we would RETHINK what WORK IS! Who does WORK in this country? Who are the REAL HEROES in this country? What do we VALUE in this country?!?
Well, I can tell you without my STRONG, LOVING, MOTHER raising 3 boys in white trash central Jersey. I would be dead, from a number of things. I am indebted to all of my successes NOT from anything OTHER than my mothers love and guidance.
She is the reason why I am successful! And this country hasn't paid her a dime in my success!?! At 46 yrs old, I have paid the govt a humongous portion in taxes from all the sweet tech money I've made since 1996. The fact that my mom has not earned a PENNY is upsetting!
When I first heard @AndrewYang speak about "VALUING" stay at home moms my eyes almost popped out of my head. MY MOM is the reason for 3 successful boys who all make great money for this country! She and future mothers, parents, and caretakers are OUR GREATEST RESOURCE!!!
Thank God my mom was a STRONG woman of faith and resilience, because without her, America would have 3 badass angry dudes to deal with. Trust me!
When i heard @AndrewYang appreciate and want to honor the hard work of my mom and all Moms I knew in my heart that he was a humanitarian.
I have a knack for reading people. I got Yanged in .000001 seconds the first time I heard his message on the Ezra Klein show. I am in this til the bitter end. I will continue his message no matter what. IDC how long it takes.
That catapulted me to understand how all of his 2020 vision serves those in need, big or small, and all walks of humanity. America is a rich parent. The kids should inherit that wealth for FUCKS SAKE!
