4 former Executives and 2 employees of Outcome Health, a #Chicago-based health tech startup, were charged in a
$1 BILLION fraud scheme.

Here are the Outcome Health executives who were charged:

- Rishi Shah - the co-Founder and CEO

- Shradha Agarwal - co-Founder and President

- Brad Purdy - COO and CFO

- Ashik Desai - Executive VP of Business Operations and Chief Growth Officer
And these two employees were also charged:

- Kathryn Choi - Senior Analyst

- Oliver Han - Analyst
Looks like they overinflated their revenue numbers in order to get bank loans and sold tens of $ millions of advertising that didn't really exist to pharmaceutical companies and doctor's offices.
Ahh yes, I thought this case sounded familiar.

Outcome Health had to pay a $70 million fine back in October.

I noticed this spreading around - an interview w/ the supposed ex-girlfriend of Pelosi's son, Paul.

She even claimed that Nancy Pelosi camped out for a year in her father's clinic's bathroom. 🤣🤣 Come on now.

And that's only the beginning of it.

She may be telling some truth here & there, but she seems like she's either got an axe to grind or may have a few screws loose.

Antiquities Dealer Douglas Latchford, AKA Pakpong Kriangsak, was charged with wire fraud, smuggling & conspiracy for trafficking stolen Cambodian antiquities.

He hasn't been arrested yet, though, because he's living in Thailand.
HSI agents were able to recover 3 artifacts that were stolen from Cambodia and 1 that was stolen from India.

Those items were valued at $750,000 and they're going to be returned to each country.
Latchford is a dual citizen of the UK and Thailand and had homes in both places.

He sold the stolen antiquities internationally and has been doing so since the 1970's and has also conspired with Auction Houses.

He also faked provenance to increase the value of the items.

Excellent op-ed (tho infuriating) by Deputy Attorney General Rosen about the erosion of the rule of law by leftist District Attorneys & Prosecutors, some of whom have been making their own rules & advocating on behalf of criminals instead of on behalf of victims & the public.
The Communist District Attorney for Philadelphia decriminalized theft under $500, so if someone stole from you, you're sh*t outta luck.

Boston's DA campaigned on NOT prosecuting a list of crimes.

DA in Fairfax County won't prosecute any larcenies below $1500.
In #Boston, NO prison time whatsoever for a POS that almost beat a woman to death, and that woman now faces years of recovery.

That communist Prosecutor also proclaimed that she "represents the criminals"

If that's the case, then why are we paying for Defense Attorneys?

Retired trooper & union President was taking bribes from 2012 until Sept. 2018 when he left the union (probably because of the investigation.) The lobbyist firm was paying kickbacks to the union President.

Huh, Microsoft’s Hungarian division busted for a foreign bribery scheme. #ButNothingsHappening
Microsoft paid bribes to Hungarian officials to rig bids & sell software licenses to government agencies.

Total fines of $25M from round 1, DOJ & SEC. I'm sure there will now be follow up investigations & evidence passed to foreign partners for them to prosecute next.
They are claiming the Microsoft executives in Hungary lied to the main office to conceal the bribery issues. But I find it unlikely that they would not notice the margins & other issues. This was a blind eye at a minimum!

The 2 individuals stole $39M from the federally funded Child Care Food Program. Inflated numbers, ghost employees, catering contractor kickbacks, state employees making false allegations against other providers to throw the feds off the trail, and so much more. HT @BabeReflex_8
One gets 10 years in prison & has to pay back $26M. The other gets 8 years in prison & seizure of $13M.

Think the Dems are going to be able to run in 2020 on expanding programs like this as the Trump DOJ keeps prosecuting fraudsters who use & supposedly oversee this programs.

The Danske Bank Russian money laundering scandal is back in the news today. Danske turned a blind eye to Russian laundering money through its Estonian branch to reap the profits on 200 million Euro worth of the illegal transactions.
Bill Browder is in Denmark testifying about the complicity of Dutch Financial Regulators in the money laundering scandal. Not unlike the emerging issues at the US Treasury Dept. related to FINCEN & Terrorist Financing office. #ButNothingsHappening
A global financial integrity group lists Danske Bank as the #1 money launderer for 2018 ahead of Deutsche Bank & Goldman Sachs. But Danske is just further into the reveal & the others will likely surpass them in the future!
