I ask again; WHO APPOINTED evidence leaders of the Zondo Commission?

Their line of questioning certain witnesses is VERY concerning

*Pretorius is Gordhan's old friend
*Maleka represented Gordhan in court
*Hofmeyer was vocal about State Capture and represented SARB/Absa vs PP

I watched how Mzwanele Manyi was already treated as guilty when others were allowed to spew nonsense; gave no evidence but treated as though their version was correct

Manyi was cross-examined when he was the one who had offered to come and explain his side

Manyi even wanted to pull out after the bad treatment from Maleka. Zondo didn't intervene when Manyi was treated badly

Maleka has done work for Standardbank; it was strange that he led the evidence of Fuzile that WORKS for the same bank; surely he should have recused himself

Adv Pretorius an old friend of Pravin Gordhan since the 70s can't hide his biasesness

He obviously Chairs' the Commission; very much in charge; allocates evidence leaders to certain witnesses. He makes ALL the decisions

He invites witnesses who will push the narrative THEY want

What is the point of the Commission is evidence leaders don't ask for evidence or to get to the bottom of the truth if they already know who is guilty or not?

I watched Adv Mokoena's sarcasm towards Duduzani; very concerning

Shouldn't ALL witnesses be treated the same?

If you look at which witnesses Pretorius leads you'll understand

He asked his friend Gordhan stupid questions for THREE days; in fact; they were having a conversation on what should be done to "fix" the country

Then wanted answers from Zuma dating back to 2009; on signatures🤦🏽‍♂️

Imagine asking a retired President a particular document he signed 10 years ago that has nothing to do with the "corruption" they're investigating

Why did Pretorius fail to ask Gordhan about his role when he was Minister of Finance and the REAL reason why he was removed as FM?

I've been observing this useless Commission that has become a tea session & CCMA office of those who were removed; not given positions they wanted talking nonsense for days but not asked to provide EVIDENCE

What will Zondo's report be based on? People saying "I think" "maybe"?

We know by now the Commission is about Pres Zuma. They should have called it such and not "present" it as though they want to know who did what

People who mention Zuma are treated differently (nice) and those who have a different version are not offered an opportunity to testify

Surely if such a Commission has been set up it should focus on ALL government maladministration that took place and those in private sector that dealt with gov

Now its busy with Vrede Dairy trying to nail Magashule 🤦🏽‍♂️

People going on "I think it was the former President"🙄

Even the Guptas who apparently captured the State no long feature; the question is; was this a political move to nail and remove Zuma? clearly it was...

Now its backfiring badly because even those who were making noise about "corruption" are quiet and have not come to the Comm.

An estimated R1 Billion of tax payers money will be spent on this Commission; for WHAT?

Acts of crime should be investigated and law enforcement should prosecute

We have a Commission that will do recommendations at the end and then what? There hasn't been evidence to arrest

The dangers of playing politics is useless Commissions are setup to nail certain people but they end up with an egg on their face because they don't get what they want and end up being all over the place like its happening now; even calling useless witnesses to give lectures 🤦🏽‍♂️

WHERE IS THE EVIDENCE?

Who stole what; when? Where are documents? Tender approvals? Bank statements? Zuma's signatures ; phone records?

Where are photos? Video clips? Voice notes? Anything 🤷🏽‍♂️

People can't be subjected stories; gossip and stupid Stratcom headlines🤦🏽‍♂️

Many people have been warning of, a repeated narrative that certain individuals are corrupt and others aren't is very DANGEROUS

Now we are here; the country is FALLING APART; those who were labelled as corrupt are gone. So why are the "angels" failing or they just LOOT better?

Perhaps journalists needs to do a introspection because many have been paid and used to lie hence millions of South Africans no longer take the media seriously because of their biasesness and misinformation

What is journalism and what did you study (if they even did)?

We've watched how certain witnesses are praised for only mentioning Zuma (without providing evidence of course) even get "nice" media headlines and others portrayed as though they lying because they not saying what suits the narrative

This is not journalism its thuggery

The Zondo Commission has wasted tax payers money and continue to do so; its failing to nail those they want to be seen as "corrupt"

All started with Vytjie Mentor and Mcebisi Jonas who both have been very bad witnesses and should account for the mess they caused the country

Now Pres Zuma must be called for stupid petty questions because the Commission is centred around him; he must be asked rubbish or else how will they justify the money that is being wasted?

All for MEDIA HEADLINES

Violating someone's rights and harassment is now ok? Wow!

Basically Pres Zuma must be called to respond about each and everything he said and what was said about him yet NO EVIDENCE was provided?

Keep on playing politics and setting a bad precedent; WE WILL REMIND YOU WHEN THE WHEEL TURNS, it won't be nice!
