OK, time for FIVE MINDBLOWING FACTS ABOUT INTERNET ARCHIVE which I'm doing purely to get people to donate archive.org/donate - people ask me all the time where we get our funding, and outside donations by users is a huge part of it, and December is fundraise month.
Fun fact you might not know about many non-profits - if they don't show they are supported and contributed to by many outside folks, they get investigated, since they might be some sort of (whispers something about money), which some amount of non-profits are. ANYWAY
MINDBLOWING FACT #1: The Internet Archive is believed to be the only datacenter with a fully functioning pipe organ. (Donald Knuth has been a player of the organ on several occasions.) 
MINDBLOWING FACT #2: Stored in our Physical Archive is both a Connection Machine (our founder @brewster_kahle worked on it) and a complete Sun Microsystems "Datacenter in a Box". You know, just in case. (We've actually outgrown the Datacenter in a Box, years ago.)
MINDBLOWING FACT #3: Our head of HR sang the theme song to MTV's Liquid Television "Cut-Up Camera"
MINDBLOWING FACT #4: In 2007, the FBI sent a national security letter (secret) to the Archive demanding a patron's information, and the Archive sued the FBI to make the fact they submitted this non-secret. And won. wired.com/2008/05/intern…
MINDBLOWING FACT #5: Over 15,000 new items are uploaded by users and contributing parties every single day. The Archive is well over 50 petabytes (50,000 terabytes) of material. And we're not going to slow down. Hence, our asking for donations.
