Grabbing your throat when someone is choking you is a natural reaction. It is a fight or flight response. This boy wasn't resisting. HE WAS TRYING TO SAFE HIS LIFE.

Also the chokehold is ILLEGAL. These officers need to be TERMINATED and arrested for attempted murder!
