Power went out last night b/f Santa made annual appearance, making it diff. for DS to see him clearly. This am he had several comments concerning Santa's magical appearance inside house while DH, DS, & I were sleeping: 1) If Santa teamed up with bad guys, they'd be unstoppable. 1
2/2 "wait, maybe he does...he steals other peoples presents....hums theme to X-Files.. 2) "Thanks for not ratting me out to Santa when he asked if I had been good.' Said in all sincerity. END.
Post Twit: Santa also gave me some grief by asking me if I still wanted that Joe Biden 2020 T-shirt! Told him he mixed me up with someone else.

I love @CBS_Herridge photos of her highlighter with the bound copy of the IG report pulling out all the tidbits! I did something similar: After reading report & mentally noting ~5-6 significant points not yet explored, I re-read slowly,with open word document w/ headings 1/
@CBS_Herridge 2/ for each point and then I screen grabbed or cut and pasted where the various points "fit," and discovered a few more significant things in the process. This worked really well b/c sometimes the facts revealed were separated by 50 pages and required connecting the dots.

As I mentioned last night/this morning, I've just arrived in Hong Kong for a weeklong visit. Picked a hell of a time for it, as it turns out.
I'm not an expert in Hong Kong history or in the current movement by any means, but what's going on right now is extraordinary.
I've tweeted about the protests some in recent months, but I've been reading and retweeting a lot more, since I've been trying to get my bearings. I'm going to do a lot of the same in the next week.

I visited the Metropolitan Detention Center (aka #SunsetParkGulag) along with @NydiaVelazquez @RepJerryNadler @RepMaloney and other local elected officials this afternoon. The lack of action by the Federal Bureau of Prisons is really a human rights violation.
The electricity & phones have been off since last Sunday. Prison officials have been keeping the inmates on lockdown, so the guys I talked to have not showered in 2 days. Some cells are quite cold (although most do have heat).
There are no visiting hours, so both they are their loved ones are disconnected, without information, and very anxious.

He wakes up once again to an empty room. He looks for his phone which he finds at the dresser with his car key. His shoes neatly arranged next to the closet and curtains drawn.

He checks the bathroom but there is no sign of the younger.

Failing to have his call picked up,
he sends a text and starts to feel anxious.

Did Kyungsoo run away?

He opens the closet and finds their bags with their wallets inside. It means the other only has his phone with him.

And he's not answering any calls and texts.

He's seriously getting worried.
If before, he could contact his cousin and ask of his whereabouts, right now he doesn't have anyone to turn to.

Just then the door opens, revealing a drenched Kyungsoo. The younger just stands there, at the doorway with a bashful smile.
