@carterwpage @FDRLST The two passages were separated by more than 50 pages, but when in tandem are yugely significant: FISC led to wrongly believe Steele's sources and sub-sources were ones also used by British intelligence.
@carterwpage @FDRLST So, in short, FISC thought that Steele's sources and sub-sources were the SAME sources and sub-sources relied upon by British intelligence. They weren't. And FISC cared so much about this question, they 1) asked about it; 2) required DOJ to update FISA application to include.
