@Susan78English Susan look up ASPD with borderline socio/psychopathy which BTW includes narcissistic personality disorder. The way I was trained was: When a larger diagnosis includes symptoms of a lesser one, the larger becomes the DX because it includes the lesser category symptoms 1/x

@Susan78English as well as including the additional symptoms in the diagnostic cluster. (am I making sense here?). It's not always a straight up DSM 5 DX. The reason is two fold here 1) there's a cross over into criminal forensic profiling and diagnostics and the blend often confuses 2/x

@Susan78English folks....2) as you might surmise, few folks in history have had DJTs profile so research is nil, small and done primarily after the fact, (looking in the rear view mirror so to speak). While folks may share many of his traits, ITS THE OFFICE HE HOLDS THAT MAKES HIM SO 3/x

@Susan78English DANGEROUS ( this is an important distinction because not everyone with NPD is like Trump, in fact given his criminality over a lifetime, that puts him in an entirely different category......4/x

@Susan78English PS: Remember Trump is both a sexual offender and corrupt criminal.....IMHO: both are far beyond NPD in fact they make NPD look tame in comparison. folks with ASPD w/psychopathy may also be narcissistic but they are also violent whether by their own hand or through 7/x

@Susan78English another, are sadistic, vindictive and pathological liars meaning they liar just to lie, sometimes to enhance themselves, sometimes to cover up crime sometimes because sometimes.....it feels good to get one over on folks cause they're suckers.....8/x

@Susan78English NPDs lie to enhance and protect their fragile egos. Trumps ego is so fragile he can't be crossed without you getting smashed.....All true, but in addition, he's also all these other things, all tangled up.
