Employer based health insurance is the worst imaginable system for entrepreneurship and creativity.
FUN FACT: Older people pay less (according to their risk) by adding young, lower wage people to the group insurance risk pool. So OWNERS get lower rates (if older) while EMPLOYEES pay more (because young people use less health care).
That said, a radical reformation of the health insurance markets would cost MANY jobs because lots are employed administering our ridiculously complicated system and employed in medical billing which is a work around to the fact that insurance co's underpay while workers overpay.
So, #Biden2020, AND THE NEW CONGRESS CAN PASS LEGISLATION TO FIX THIS BS. (Vote, ffs!)
