NEW: Three tiers for CNN debate drawing

1) -- bennett, bullock, de blasio, delaney, tulsi, gillibrand, hickenlooper, inslee, ryan, williamson
2) -- booker, buttegig, castro, amy, beto, yang
3) -- biden, harris, bernie, warren

each tier gets divided up into the two debate nights
CNN will stretch this drawing out for a looong time, with commercial breaks and #analysis from Anderson Cooper and others in between drawings of each tier.
Also from CNN's logistics calls with the 2020 campaigns:

Candidates are required to leave their phones and watches in the green rooms.
Each campaign gets 30 tickets.

The Inslee campaign asked if the national anthem will be sung. It will be sung.

We have all seen the strange phenomena. We never understand it. Piglets and puppies always go to the same nipple when they nurse from their mother. Cows file in order when its time to go back in for milking.
We have seen videos of this strange thing and its cool but no one ever understands it. Birth order of you and your siblings. I always wondered how each egg ripens in the ovary and why that one does. Its because they formed in an order and come out in the same order.
Yes so what?
This is real, electrical phenomena. All countries have counties. Why do we have counties? Is it easier to divide everything up so much? No its because each country has a town seat. The main center of power.

We therefore will do a brief analysis of their chances tomorrow as they head to the polls.
@GRVlagos is a 35 year old Architect who ran for Ikeja local government chairmanship two years ago and lost. He is running for a seat in the Senate in the Largest senatorial district in Nigeria #Lagoswest on the platform of @OfficialPDPNig .

1/Children & young people with autism and learning disabilities who could be living in the community with specialist support are languishing for years in Assessment & Treatment Units, some of them locked up 24/7 in isolation rooms, bec of severe financial pressure on Local Auths
2/ At the same time, private providers running these ATUs are raking in profits, being paid £452m per yr in what has become a market driven provision where autistic and LD people are little more than commodities
3/ This in spite of the fact that caring for them in the community would be far less expensive not to mention far better for the individuals concerned, their quality of life, their security and safety and their wellbeing

Things that surprised/amazed me about Japan, an ongoing thread.

(More likely UI than food, but you know this already.)

It’s my first time here. Please comment away and/or point out my cultural insensitivities!
1. A very friendly immigration officer and I laughed together, and when I said “I don’t really know where I’ll be staying,” he actually applauded it.
2. Very nice and clean train from the airport, with power sockets, and vending machines onboard.

Tons of solar panels passed by on the way.
