You know who had Laxmi ji depicted on coins?
It was Mohammad Bin Gouri😉

His coin had Laxmi ji’s image in a sitting position and his own name written in Nagri on the reverse side.

So plz listen to @Swamy39 . He may be irreverent, but he is a genius and speaks from knowledge.😄
Mohd Gouri had these coins minted after defeating Prithviraj Chauhan.
He also had them issued by his subordinate Hindu dynasties like Chandels in Bundelkhand, Kalachuris in Tripuri, Paramars in Malwa, Gahadavala in Kanauj.

Earlier Prithviraj Chauhan also used Laxmi ji’s picture
Mohammad Gouri was also called Mohammad Bin Sam!

5. सवाल है कि ये कौन लोग हैं जिनकी हिचक तो सरकार को दिख गयी है और ये कौन सी सरकार है जिसे लोगों के विरोध आंदोलन नहीं दिख रहे हैं।

Q: If we don’t object to Census, why NPR is opposed?

A: In Census, when people give information, it goes into database, & remains anonymous.

So the information cannot be used against an individual.

In NPR, exact details of everyone, including mobile no., add.,
Names of parents, PAN , DoB, driving licence, aadhaar biometrics seeded in it, remain in database in usable form.

This gives govt. agencies unprecedented powers to over lives of every individual.

In Aadhaar also similar details are there, but after judgement of constitutional bench of Supreme Court, aadhaar database is secured by privacy laws.

But NPR register will be published, details will be with Sub-district level govt. officers.

PM ने कहा कि CAA नागरिकता छीनने का नहीं, देने का क़ानून है,BJP कहती है लोगों में भ्रम फैलाया जा रहा है।

भ्रम तो नहीं, कन्फ़्यूज़न ज़रूर है। जिन सवालों के चलते है, उनका जवाब सरकार से अपेक्षित है। गृहमंत्री को इनका अधिकृत जवाब देना चाहिए ताकि तनाव ख़त्म हो।

1. क्या CAA को NRC से खुद गृहमंत्री ने नहीं जोड़ा है?
क्या सरकार ने कोई अधिकृत वक्तव्य जारी किया है कि CAA व NRC को जोड़ा नहीं जाएगा?
क्या CAA के तहत असम में नागरिकता खोने वाले 12 लाख ग़ैर-मुस्लिम लोगों की नागरिकता बहाल नहीं की जाएगी?क्या कभी पूरे देश में भी ऐसा हो सकता है?

2. PM ने कहा कि सरकार में NRC की कोई बात नहीं हुई। तब संसद के संयुक्त सत्र में राष्ट्रपति ने अपने अभिभाषण में क्यों कहा कि सरकार जल्द NRC लाएगी?
क्या वो बिना कैबिनेट मंज़ूरी के हुआ? यदि हाँ, तो PM ने देश और राष्ट्रपति को गुमराह करने के लिए कैबिनेट सचिव पर क्या कार्यवाही की?

Alright, so the esteemed @ArmoryBazaar posted some pictures of coins found in Idlib - Syria. I would like to make a thread out of this, for future coins. I will post my take on these coins, but I'm very much interested in other opinions.
The two small copper coins (picture 2 & 3) are in my opinion #Umayyad copper fals. The inscription features Islamic texts, most definitely the Islamic shahada. That indicates they're from the later Umayyad period. I would say 8th century.
It's really possible that the last coin is much older that the other coins. It still features a cross and human imagery, indicating Byzantine influences. This kind of coins were used in early Umayyad times, when the caliphs still imitated #Byzantine en #Persian coinage.
