As Democrats again call for John Bolton to testify, White House lawyer Patrick Philbin says the President would have 'absolute privilege' over any testimony by Bolton. "There would be grave issues raised" as part of a court fight.
Question is asked by Collins & Murkowski dealing with whether Trump mentioned Hunter Biden, but Philbin says he can't really talk about that, because he's limited to what's in the record.
