Anthony de Caluwe, the Dutch man who claimed to have Amb. Yovanovitch under surveillance, was romantically involved with a Ukrainian woman who was in her home country at the same time de Caluwe sent text messages to Hyde about Yovanovitch's whereabouts.nbcnews.com/politics/trump…
When de Caluwe's texts about surveilling Yovanovitch first emerged, de Caluwe, who's described as having fanatical dedication to Trump, claimed he had "no connection" to Ukraine.

"He's never had any contacts in Ukraine," his spokeswoman said at the time.

Klitschko, a Poroshenko ally, was on the verge of being fired from an appointed post by Zelensky. Giuliani pressured Zelensky's aide to retain him, and, a month later, chastised Zelensky on twitter re the same.

Ultimately, Zelensky did not fire Klitschko.
2015: Firtash associate Lyovochkin hires Manafort crony Patten to run Klitschko's election campaign, which Firtash financed and Giuliani advised.
2016: Manafort passes Trump polling data to Lyovochkin, who funnels money into Trump's inaugural thru Patten.

Fruman invited Manafort to the opening party for Buddha-Bar in Kyiv many years ago. They've also spent time together in London and NY. But of course!

For Ukraine, more important than the aid, was the WH visit.

I am particularly interested in his Barr allegations.
Remember Trump implicates Barr in the July Ukraine call & Barr is in whistleblower report, so reason to suspect.
But I'm skeptical if no details or documentation to verify...

I think it makes sense if you see that Parnas is a lot like Michael Cohen. They both get busted for campaign finance felony. They realize they got in over their heads. They both come clean. But here are two differences to explain...

Again, this was a fully sanctioned op.

And Dems are f*cked.
Ironically, all this stuff from Parnas further exonerates Rudy and proves beyond a reasonable doubt that there was indeed an op, there was bait, and the DS fell for it completely.
Plus, the next logical question is how Schiff got Rudy's phone records. Probably FISA. If so, this will completely cement the destruction of the FISC.

On December 20, 2018, the Ministry of Home Affairs issued a statutory order authorizing 10 agencies to intercept, monitor and decrypt communications of citizens. The order may be read, here - bit.ly/2rYlx0z #Surveillance
The agencies authorized by MHA include - Intelligence Bureau, National Investigating Agency and Commissioner of Police, Delhi. The order was issued under existing powers given to the MHA as per Section 69 of the IT Act, 2000 and corresponding rules. #Surveillance
Section 69 empowers the govt. to issue directions for surveillance of communications. The corresponding rules empower the MHA to notify other govt. agencies which can perform such surveillance. Thus, these agencies have been notified under existing rules under the IT Act.

There's a lot of misinformation around the #surveillance notification that came out yesterday. Here's #thread that will help clarify issues.
Is the notification new? Obviously, yes. But is the issue new? Not at all. What the Modi Govt did was only take the next logical step in am existing law.
So what was the law. This is where it gets interesting. The surveillance laws come out of an 18th century postal act that gives powers to intercept communications of correspondents during war.
