Trump Lied.

Lev had one on one convos alone with Trump.

Lev was with Rudy when he spoke to Trump. Trump would yell through the phone.

"It was all about Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and Rudy had a thing about Manafort and the black ledger."

Lev says he was Giuliani's client, and working for @Potus via Rudy.

Lev would go to Ukraine officials and say: "I'm here on behalf of Rudy Giuliani and the @Potus.

For Ukraine, more important than the aid, was the WH visit.

Announcement of the investigation was key.... [pause]

@POTUS ...if Zalenksy didn't announce the Biden(s) investigation, VP would not come to the inauguration.

Pence's trip was canceled, b/c no announcement commitment.

Everybod was in the loop, including Pence. Pence went to Poland to discuss this with Zelensky.

@POTUS Every meeting Lev would have in Ukraine, they would agree to the announcement, and then walk it back.

Thrum was to meet Zelensky, in Poland, he canceled, blamed the hurricane because he was mad.

Pence goes instead. Pence was to get it straightened out; he didn't So Bolton went.

@POTUS The pulling of the aid was a response to not going through with the announcement.

Bolton was in the loop, butting heads with Giuliani - from Venezuela to Ukraine.

The notes we saw yesterday, those were Lev's notes while he was in Vienna. They were the tasks Rudy had given him.

Only motivation to remove Amb Yovanovitch, was b/c she was in the way of Ukraine announcing the bogus Biden investigation.

@POTUS Rachel asks about the menacing messages from Rob Hyde. Lev says he never believed Hyde's assertions in them. Says Hyde is a weird character. A drunk. All the time. Hyde a regular at the Trump hotel bar.

Hyde knows McCarthy, Stone, Trump Hotel was the hangout, Hyde always there.

When asked about the explicit texts re: Amb Yovanovitch's whereabouts, her movements, etc., Lev said he thought Hyde was trying to make himself bigger than he was.

Lev was disturbed by the texts. Says he called Joe Ahearn at the PAC [America First Action].

Joe Aheard said to stay away from Robert Hyde, he got into it with Greg Pence, some stuff with Secret Service happened. Lev says he doesn't believe Hyde really had Amb Yovanovitch under surveillance. "Absolutely not."

Was there ever a threat to Yovanovitch? "Never from my side."

BILL BAR WAS SPEAKING WITH VICTORIA, JOE, RUDY.

"BARR WAS ON THE TEAM."

John Solomon brought up some dirt he supposedly had on Andrew Weissman/the Mueller investigation at the "BLT Club."

DiGenova & Toensing were to become Firtash's lawyers to effectuate a trade of dirt in exchange for Firtash extradition and case dismissal, for $100K per month.

Solomon said there was stuff in the Ukraine ledger that Firtash cared about.

All involved to enlist Firtash's help.

Firtash was to help to discredit the Mueller investigation in exchange to stop his extradition.

Their advocacy went all the way up to BILL BARR. Lev never met Barr. Lev was present when DiGenova talked to Barr on the phone.

Barr "knows everything."....

"Vic and Joe, Bill Barr - they were all best friends."

Barr was on the team.

When Trump told Zelensky to contact Bill Barr, that made sense b/c of the Durham investigation; Barr wanted to get to the bottom of Durham stuff. Barr was internally investigating the investigators.

Barr was mad that Trump mentioned him.

LEV PARNAS SAYS HE MET DEVIN NUNES *SEVERAL TIMES* AT TRUMP HOTEL.

Relationship expanded when Lev was introduced to Derrick Harvey.

Devin couldn't be in the spotlight, he was looking into Ukraine information, Devin wanted to help out.

Derek Harvey had alot of info already, other people were already doing research.

Rachel asks Leve if it struck him as unusual that Devin was leading the investigation. Lev said he was SHOCKED to see Devin on the TV w/ Derek Harvey behind him; called his lawyer right then.

Nunes & Harvey were involved in trying to gin up the bogus Biden scandal.

Lev says he apologizes to Amb Yovanovitch.

Lev interacted w/ Trump. He WITNESSED PERSONALLY, Trump ordering the firing of Amb Yovanovitch.
