The broad consensus among political reporters & operatives seems to be that Warren's camp did not in fact intentionally leak details of the meeting, but that it was more likely somebody else either with an axe to grind or who'd benefit from the resulting fracas. /1
Warren could've blunted the story and said her memory is what it is but she takes her friend at his word that he didn't mean it that way. Sanders could've de-escalated by saying he was sorry if he gave off the wrong impression and only meant that Trump will exploit sexism. But
my guess is that we will eventually find out where it came from, and it will make more sense than Warren doing it intentionally.

Politifact says Biden was being sarcastic and mocking Paul Ryan when he agreed that you have to cut Social Security to balance the budget. But that whisper thing Biden does is an old move: he does it when he's speaking forbidden, politically incorrect truths to the left
Go watch Biden speeches, you'll find that whisper move is consistent. Means he's attacking the left. But ok, say you don't believe me. It's wrong on a second count here. Politifact bolded the wrong words. The right ones are highlighted ("it still needs adjustment"):

So, the obvious fact is that an app designed by one Shadow, inc, failed miserably.
Now, there have been many accusations and rumors surrounding this. Most notably, that @PeteButtigieg funded the app, in part, and that he attempted to use that app to undermine the process of the Caucuses to seize victory.
At this time, we can confirm that Pete For America, inc, a PAC run by the Buttigieg campaign, did disburse roughly $42,000 USD to Shadow, inc, for the purposes of "software rights and subscriptions", according to the FEC.

As #Iowa caucuses tonight, I have the following advice on health care if this issue is important to you. Vote for the candidate who within 4 years has the greatest chance to pass legislation that does the most good for the most people and sets us up for more progress ahead.

1/
There is no “one and done” bill, there’s only progress. The future is unknowable, the system too complex, and our needs are changing significantly every few years anyway. Plus there will be pieces that just don’t work on any bill. 2/
Insurance companies do not need to be part of the future. No one likes them. But hospitals and doctors do and someone needs to pay them. And someone needs to coordinate care.
