CNN: The Iowa Democratic Party has announced the final batch of votes from Monday’s caucuses.

With 100 % of precincts reporting, @PeteButtigieg holds a slim lead of one-tenth of one percentage point over @BernieSanders Sanders in the all-important delegate count.

2/ Per @iowademocrats rules, State Delegate Equivalents (SDEs) determine the winner of the Caucuses

The new SDE percentages with 100% of precincts reporting are:

Buttigieg: 26.2%
Sanders: 26.1%
Warren: 18.0%
Biden: 15.8%
Klobuchar: 12.3%
Yang: 1.0%
Steyer: 0.3%

3/ Though SDE percentages determine the winner, the new popular vote totals with 100% of precincts reporting are:

Sanders: 45,826
Buttigieg: 43,195
Warren: 34,771
Biden: 23,691
Klobuchar: 21,181
Yang: 1,780
Steyer: 413

4/ The Democratic candidates have until 1pm ET/12 pm CT tomorrow to file a request for a recanvas or a recount.

5/ Buttigieg reacts to Iowa Dems’ announcement: “that’s fantastic news. First of all, I want to say, Senator Sanders clearly had a great night too, and I congratulate him and his supporters...I also know that we're in New Hampshire now, now we’ve got to look ahead.”
