Braverman is a problem in all sorts of ways, mostly on the basis of her political views and her utter lack of even minimal competence. Her use of the lunatic phrase 'cultural Marxism', if nothing else, demonstrated that beyond doubt.
But this is more dangerous than that. She is being put in place in preparation for the coming attack on the judiciary.

The two judicial outrages she cites are the cases over prorogation and the triggering of Article 50. In other words, the moment the courts intervened to ensure parliament had to be consulted and could not be cancelled.
She then goes on to attack the Human Rights Act, with a particular reference to the right of privacy and family life, which is particularly useful in defending immigrants.
