I’m going to post the insulting, ugly tweets sent to me by Warren supporters over the last few weeks & demand a personal apology from the Senator (the first woman of color on Harvard Law's faculty) given she's personally responsible for those tweets, according to her standard.
If a candidate's supporter posts this online, is the candidate — under the new standards promulgated by Senator Warren — responsible for the supporter doing so? Does the candidate have the obligation to demand that it stop?
Here's what one Warren supporter - not some random tweeter but a blue-check journalist with multiple MSNBC appearances and a prominent blog - wrote about me this month.

Has @ewarren demand that this stop? I hope so. This kind of toxicity has no place in our discoure or unity:
Here's another toxic and insulting tweet from a prominent @ewarren supporter — not some random, anonymous tweeter but one that the campaign has touted as a prominent and important supporter. Has Senator Warren denounced this and demand that it stop given that she's responsible?
This game of elevating mean tweets of random supporters into some profound and important election issue is one of the most pathetic things I've ever seen, and it's the 2nd election in a row it's happening.

Only people who sit in TV studios or think tanks can think this matters.
