It was the most decadent party I’ve been to, 7 Deadly Sins themed, every floor a different sin, pretty good fun. Anyhoo, my gf was talking to a bunch of colleagues and I was at the margin of this group, but of a hanger on. 2/n
And I’m standing with a drink, and this guy is also being semi-ignored next to me, and he eventually says ‘who are you then?’ And I say ‘I’m Adam, I’m x’s boyfriend. Who are you?’ 3/n
He says ‘I’m Mike’.
This conversation isn’t really going anywhere, so I say ‘what do you do here?’
He says ‘this is my party’
Me: ‘you’re the devil? Haha lolz’
Him: ‘no I’m Mike Bloomberg.’
Me: ‘oh’
Mike Bloomberg: ‘enjoy my free booze’ and walks off.
