At a party, my wife was helping the host. She was in a trouser I saw on ladies, which I bought. Some young men who don't know me arrived at my table, and started discussing her, singing "ase opo to yi." After that day, I have been fighting she should not wear the trousers again.

Years ago, a neighbourhood guy, who is a contract staff with UBA was in courtship with a lady that works in a Microfinance Bank. The lady seems to be comfortable in her moderate job, with all her hopes focussed on becoming a wife. Her boyfriend's utmost wish is to marry a banker.
The lady must have assumed she met the 'banker wife' requirement.
Later, it was news in the neighbourhood that the lady has dumped her banker boyfriend and it is a concern to residents, that he stalks her, as she returns from work in SUVs with another guy, who is a bank top shot.

The guy wasn't pleased this lady works in a Microfinance Bank, in comparison with women his friends are dating, that work in UBA, GTB, ZENITH, and especially #WEMABANK 😉
The lady also began to yield to pressure when he started embarrassing her to stop claiming she's a banker.

Long story short, she started applying, then got a job in a new generation bank. Then opted to start dating a top management guy in her bank, when it became apparent to her too that her boyfriend isn't a proper banker, as a casual employee that counts money at the bulk room.
You're holding the short end of the stick, If you begin to make a woman feel an unhealthy sense of insecurity in the bid to make her consider further self development. If you're dating a nurse, dont start pushing her to be a doctor if you plan to be a "where's-my-food" husband.
As an Accountant, what is there to be ashamed of, if your wife is a hairdresser? I've heard young men discuss it that they can't marry women who have HND. Some even believe women who didn't graduate in law or science are dull. These are guys that finished with strong 3rd class o!
