Just finished watching Dia kannada movie. It's definitely one of the best if not the best regional movies to come out this year. Thank you @rakshitshetty for recommending this movie. Aesthetically well written movie with a brilliant bgm and screenplay. @AJANEESHB

It's a pity that such gem of a movie doesn't get much recognition and screen space in our country despite the sincere amount of work put in by the whole film cast and crew. But thanks to @PrimeVideoIN we are able to watch this masterpiece on OTT platform.

Now coming back to the movie, at first I felt the movie would end in a certain way and that the two characters would find each other but the director has done an outstanding job by making the story unpredictably brilliant. "Life is full of surprises and miracles." & contd....

"Life is full of problems and pain." These two lines sum up the movie's plot in teaching us about the harsh realities of life which everyone has to face. The following four pictures will help to decode the messege given by and the premise of the movie.

Watching this movie makes you wonder and appreciate the fact that a movie doesn’t need fancy songs or gross action sequences to make it the complete package. Powerful performances and haunting background music by @AJANEESHB make Dia one of the best movies I have ever watched.

It leaves you with emotions that you eventually cry at the climax. Kushee Ravi as Dia nailed the role perfectly, she is absolutely a delight to watch and I fell in love with her right from the start when she cutely obsesses over her college senior.

But Pravin as Adi is the highlight of the second half and not to forget his endearing relationship with his mother Lakki. The director has given all characters the respect and influence they deserve. The stunning visuals of Karnataka make me want to go on a vacation soon.

I am happy that this movie was made and once again thank you to @PrimeVideoIN for bringing this movie to the masses.
