Hi @icelandfoods your Watney Market store has a number of problems and is in need of improvement.
When I went there once the assistant was only accepting cash even though there were empty tills. I had to go to another assistant who was accepting cards.
There was no sign saying this.

You don't seem to have self service counters which would reduce the queue.
Also people requesting home deliveries were holding up the line.
