#DavesCarIDService starts off today with this killer pic from the dawn of the Jazz Age. Both vehicles are circa 1920-23 Ford Model TT wood cab trucks.
I'd date this photo around 1921-22. A few of the girls are sporting the new daring bob hairdo, while most are still in their Mary Pickford curls; that legshow was pretty daring as well. Sex was pretty much invented by the confluence of Jazz, Prohibition, Cars & postwar prosperity
It's really kind of amazing how social mores changed in the aftermath of The Great War. You are never gonna see a photo this racy pre-WW1, unless it's on a French postcard.

Today's #DavesCarIDService kicks off with this gem. Car is a 1930-31 Buick, and I believe the cigar-chomping gent in the white mechanic's overalls is cleaning the oil tube to the main bearings
Hopefully this diagram of a Marquette engine will illustrate the part, Buick was similar but larger
It was the style of the time, like onion belts

For (1), just in my rather small circle of uncooperative crusty mom friends, I know MANY of us are going to London as soon as we finish work and hand off kids to partners on Friday. The uncooperative crusty mom cavalry is coming, everyone! by train. This weekend will be big. 2/

Flex wrist & MP to relax flexors, then gently reduce by PUSHING DISTALLY on P2 base rather than just pulling traction

Volar&rotatory dislocations oft require open reduction #medtwitter #foamed
MUST assess stability & xray post reduction

Good lateral is vital to make sure jt is concentric & no fx

If stable even in extension & no fx, buddy tape x3-6 wks

If unstable, dorsal blocking splint at 10 deg more flexion than unstable point

Or just refer to Hand

A couple of comments:

2/last year, before I went full Q, I dipped my toes in twitter and discovered that Tesla would allow piss poor crappy extruded suspensions parts that were full of porosity, voids and inter-metallic compounds (IMC’s) onto cars.

3/Per the IB article, Tesla has known about this for a long time and in fact, after they discovered it, they tried to run a screening process with the help of engineers from SpaceX. (Attaches article)

今まではTV画面の中にしか存在しなかった彼女達がそのまま現れるとはどういうことなのか。それは単に立体視できるだけではなく、煌びやかなスポットライトに照らされれば立ち姿の見え方が変わり、スモークを焚けば輪郭がぼやける。だからこそ私達は彼女達の存在を確信できたということです。（続く）
もちろんソロパートのダンサーとの連携も完璧。演出上の都合でダンサーが小道具を持ち出したのですが、その小道具を響が覗き込む様子など最早人間と立体視映像の差異はどこにあるのか見失ってしまった程です。ここまで可能ならば6000円超という料金にも納得できます。（続く）
