I'll need to reduce twittertime, it's making me anxious and that's not good. I'll post at least one time a day. If not you'll know I'm too ill for that.
Not sure whether I've corona or mugglesickness but have thought about it

I'll bring downstairs all that I need when I get really ill, from pyama's and thermometer to acetaminophen ( paracetamol).
I'll make a list from all meds and sups I take and when, as I know I'll become very forgetfull when I get ill.

I'll make a list with instructions for myself what to take extra and when:
for instance when I get itchy or spots on the skin it's time to take acrivastin, this I've hoarded since the start in china.
I'll make a nasal solution with salt and xylitol.

I'll make a letter for a doctor/nurse that when I am really ill I do not want to go to the hospital.

This sounds harsh but have thought it over, but must make it explicit. A hospital is not gonna save me when hovering in the border country and I prefer dying in my own bed .

on the plus side, as chronic patient I know I can handle a lot more then the average person when it comes to pain, breathingproblems and fear. been there, done that.

Several supplements on hand that will help if only I'm clear enough to take them, the list will provide.

after I've made all my preparations I will happily knit away, read my books, listen to enjoyable music.

I cannot change things but I can take care to handle them in a healthy way.
