1. Stick to my schedule. Eat, read, exercise, listen to music, sleep. Do everything on time.
3. Use your bodyweight to do workouts.
4. Keep a watch on my calorie intake and screen time.
5.Listen to radio. Stay away from TV. Stay away from Republic TV and Zee News and other cartoon channels.
7. Read news online. The Wire, the Telegraph and the Caravan are my favourites.
8. Don't multitask. Do whatever, do with full mindfulness. With presence.
9. Meditate.
11. Listen to Nusrat Ustaad. And Bhikari Bal ( An Odia singer who sang a Salabega bhajans. Salabega's mother was a Hindu and father a Muslim.)
