Alot of my clients differ, some have been on this journey so they are specific. Some from Christian homes, usually limited and just thank you and go. Some readings 15mins while others 1hr. When you know you have a session with a Gogo please make sure you have done the following:
1. Phahla: speak to your ancestors about your upcoming session and what you'd like from it. Mention the healers name in this session. Speak power to it.
2. Write down your questions.
3. Ask to record the session/call to listen to it later.

5. Keep a spiritual book where you capture all the things that stand out for you with each person. Only if they are felt enough to make it into that book. Not all will.
6. Do the homework given to you. Especially if you visit the same Gogo. The progress will be alot faster.

7. Understand that not all healers can or will be able to read you. It doesn't make them weak/unskilled but it means your ancestors are specific to who they want help from and how.

You, ask all the questions. Literally engage them back. If your spirit says that's all, then Remain polite, leave and take nothing with.
Some healer are great at reading but not equally skilled in combating the problems. That's fine. Then more you pay attention in these sessions

The more you learn this difference. Some are commanding, the energy fills up the room and can literally come carry the conversation and your actions. If this feels nature then don't fight it. Allow. If you feel apprehensive abort mission. Get out of there.
Even with your western doctors you rely on a second opinion. Same applies in our world but never make the mistake to undermine a healer based on another healer talking ill about them. Remember they are in the same industry, in a wierd way resulting in competition. 🙄
