Three day RED candle PROTECTIVE challenge. 🕯️

A red candle is used for: Protection against negative spirits and energies. Bad dreams and feeling overwhelmed by a negative force.

Here is a video on how you should be going about your session. Please take your time, this a demo.

A THREAD

The intent: When doing this candle ritual make sure you have something specific you'd like to get clarity on and needing answers for. Do not call out anyone's name. We are not causing issues, rather resolving your own threats.

What you will need:
1. One RED candle
2. A box of matches
3. A tub of NTSU black Snuif
4. Red soil/letsoko/Dumani
5. A candle stick holder
6. One sewing needle

Basic steps:
1. Set up your environment to your liking, including making it comfortable with a cushion, cover your head and shoulders out of respect.

2. Take your candle and apply letsoko all around the candle while talking about what you need it to do for you. Insert the needle through the candle, closer to the bottom than the center.

3. Phahla and ask your ancestors and guides to bless this protective candle magic you are about to perform. Ask for divination and ask for the insight on your enemies and oppressors. Then place your candle in the holder and begin your session

4. Pray - Pray to your maker (God, higher power, etc)

5. Phahla - communicate with your ancestors. Call on all the ancestors you know by name and share you thoughts and feelings with them.

6. Meditate - Quieten the mind and listen to your body, surroundings and stray from thinking. Acknowledge thoughts but don't dwell on them.

7. On each evening (1-2) after you are done pinch out the flame. Do not blow.

8. On the third evening, let the candle burn out completely.

9. Collect the left over wax and anything else left on the holder and throw them out, completely out of your yard, at a crossroads/open veld or road. Not the bin please

Time: Evenings are great, midnight is the most preferred time, you begin your session when your heart yearns to plug in.

Don't be ridig with specifics, create a good energy with great intent and a strong communication.
If you don't have any of the items it OK, use what you have

Yes, the red candle is needed for this exercise. If for whatever reason you want to add other colours under your ancestors guidance then feel free.

If unsure please stick to the mentioned candle colour for best results. This is not a law but a guide.

Whatever you choose to leave out or add is up to you, but there is no need.

Ladies: If you are on your period rather wait for a clear week.

Don't be intimate during this period. If your partner joins, each one uses their own candle.

If a candle doesn't want to switch on or randomly dies down, acknowledge but leave it. It's not needed this time around, try tomorrow.

Pay attention to your candle behavior, if you have a heavy heart avoid lighting the candle.
Avoid skipping days.
