WTF?! Train Engineer Eduardo Moreno was charged for intentionally driving his speeding train off the tracks yesterday at the Port of Los Angeles not far from the US Mercy.
It says he drove the train through multiple barriers and fences because he was suspicious of the US Mercy. What in the hell??
Here's the DOJ write up. Looks like Moreno admitted twice that he derailed the train on purpose. No one was hurt, but the wreck caused the train to leak a bunch of fuel oil.
