We've seen a lot of encouraging clinical trial results for repurposed drugs, re-directed against #COVID19, in just 2 weeks. 4 different pathways. Potential for combinations. That's why I'm optimistic.

Beyond repurposing drugs, and convalescent plasma, the monoclonal, neutralizing antibodies (nAbs) are moving fast in clinical trials and I think they have particular promise, relevant links here
That's why I said to @bfrist in a podcast this week that I think the fatality rate for #COVID19 will come down before the end of the year
It's going to take combinations (remember the #HIV story) to get strong efficacy vs #SARSCoV2
