The KMT is advised to keep promoting legislation that oversees agreements regarding cross-strait relations and establish transparent and effective supervisory legal framework.

KMT is also advised to establish regulation that oversees cross-strait exchange conducted by its party members or staff, hoping to rule out any inappropriate exchange of benefits and ensure legal and reasonable cross-strait exchanges.
