So clearly today is not the day we get to have a life. Catching up now, but 11th & Pine (once again) is a major friction point between protesters and police. We've seen flash bangs, pepper spray and blast balls all used in the last few minutes.

Police are now trying shoot pepper spray through the front line umbrella brigade.

Police have moved into protester lines and are using pepper spray and repeatedly kicking protesters.

Police now have protesters on the run and have cleared the intersection at Broadway & East Pine and the group has been pushed back several blocks. Flashbangs continue to be thrown at media.

@NikkitaOliver is with the protesters on the front line.

Protesters are moving towards Cal Anderson Park and are currently moving over the Black Lives Matter mural.

Media have been hit with another round of flashbangs as protesters attempt to assemble a barricade for protection on top of the mural on Pine.

Police have moved through the barricade pushing protesters back. Pepper spray is being actively used on the media (after they've identified themselves as media multiple times) and protesters.

A momentary break in the action for both sides. They continue to face off at Broadway & E Pine.

Police are again pushing the protesters to run. Multiple protesters have been tackled and arrested. FOX and KOMO are both behind the police lines while other media outlets are targeted with mace and flashbangs.

Multiple points on confrontation in Capitol Hill now. There is a protester who needs medical assistance that is being blocked from receiving treatment by SPD. @bradleycfox is trying to get care for the women.

Outside the East Precinct officers are loading boxes into a military style vehicle.

7:21PM - Police are pushing into the crowd again and pepper spray, flashbangs and blast balls are once again on the menu this evening.

Protesters are again being arrested.

7:40PM - SPD has protesters on the move at a quick pace pushing them down Denny towards downtown. SPD are actively pushing @Omarisal with their batons.

Also, holy fucking shit with this storm trooper look.

7:44PM - Protesters have been split into 2 groups, with one still at Broadway & E Pine and the other being pushed downtown.

7:47PM - The groups are joining back together at Broadway & E Pine, seems like maybe the cops are trying to tire the group out.

7:59PM - Protesters are moving through Cal Anderson Park, multiple additional arrests are happening and mace is being used liberally.

This is some deja vu shit today.

SPD has reported 25 arrests so far today.

8:53PM - Gas masks are back on both sides of the line. Protesters continue to beat on dumpsters (which is super annoying, but we get that is exactly the point). Crowd has thinned out a bit since 4PM.

8:58PM - Here we go again. Police are pushing into the crowd again. Mace is out and everyone is asking "what just happened?"

9:18PM - Looks like police have pushed protesters back again, this time towards the edges of Cal Anderson park. If you told me it was early June, we would definitely believe you right now.

12:58AM - After a several hour standoff with protesters, SPD has now retreated back inside the East Precinct. Protesters remain outside chanting, "WHOSE STREETS? OUR STREETS."
