Flexibility - The idea of a non-traditional work week, 4 day work week, job sharing - These all get put in the same category around "Flexibility". There are so many different versions of this! Some want compressed hours. Some want more flexibility within the 5-day work week.
We need to be designing our work week for optimum productivity based on our cognitive functions. Here is an example of a non-traditional work week that has been successful for nurses in Sweden. More work days, less hours. #TeVirtualEvents #TeVE
