...and must not abuse information technology to conduct large-scale #surveillance of other countries or illegally collect personal information of citizens of other countries. 3. require companies to respect local laws and not to force domestic companies to store data generated..
and obtained overseas in their own country. 4. respect the sovereignty, jurisdiction, and data management rights of other countries, and not directly access data located in other countries from companies or individuals. 5. info technology product and service providers should not.
..should not set up backdoors in their products and services to illegally obtain user data. ALL these key points are direct or indirect response to #US accusation of #Chinese high-tech companies like #Huawei,#TikTok and #Tencent.
