Mehrdad Tohmatan is the judge of Fars province in south-central #Iran that sentenced #NavidAfkari to death based on "confession" obtained under torture.

Vahid Afkari, Navid's brother, said this "judge" laughed & ridiculed them during the so-called court hearings.
