2/ru Don't let vested interests mislead u by red herring of Usery (which is banned since 1918). That's a separate issue which was addressed by bank nationalization, DFIs, setting up of NBFCs and the proliferation of micro finance institutions(MFIs bankbazaar.com/personal-loan/… )
4/ru #MSP Minimum Support Price concept was devised for situation in which Market Supply was so in excess of Demand that market price fell below min defined by operational cost of production(Co). A govt agency would buy produce at P=Co at its centers. New laws doesn't change this
