Sequoia was sold to Dominion by their parent company, Smartmantic. Smartmantic had Venezuelan founders & collaborative ties companies with partial Chavez regime ownership. #2020Election
In the purchase of Sequoia, #Dominion acquired the company’s intellectual property, software, firmware, and hardware.
Essentially, the way the machines worked, their design, & programming was transferred to Dominion with the purchase.
Dominion's press statement 👇
Smartmatic & the Venezuelan government had categorically denied all allegations that Sequoia was owned / influenced by the Chavez regime.
In 2006, Smartmatic voluntarily agreed to a CFIUS investigation - but TWO months after the investigation had begun, Smartmatic withdrew Sequoia from the probe, stating they were putting the company up for sale.
Fast forward to the 2020 presidential election - now Dominion Voting Systems is at the heart of multiple “glitches” that resulted in misallocated votes in Michigan and machine shut downs in Georgia.
Many legislative / political officials deny the need to look into these issues.
But the company that Dominion Voting Systems purchased, Sequoia, was under review for ties to socialist governments back in 2004-2006.
This fact has been overlooked and ignored.
But what's the deal? Why is the Venezuelan link important?
In preparation for Venezuela’s '04 election, Smartmatic-Sequoia teamed up with a Venezuelan company called Bitza to provide voting machines for the upcoming election.
The election would decide whether or not Hugo Chavez would continue his rule over the county. It was a big deal
The issue? 28% of Bitza was owned by the Chavez government. Bitza and Smartmatic then partnered with the temporarily privatized Venezuelan telephone company, CANTV.
The three collaborated to set up digital voting booths that would allow votes to be cast & counted electronically.
While CANTV was publicly owned for the ‘04 election, it became a state-sanctioned media outlet when Chavez took control of it in 2007 archive.indianexpress.com/news/venezuela…
The election resulted in the continuation of Chavez’s control of Venezuela.
International communities accepted the results, however many groups within Venezuela questioned the reliability of the vote results. jstor.org/stable/2320873…
This collab w/ state-owned Bitza red flagged Smartmatic-Sequoia.
Smartmatic then categorically denied any links to the Venezuelan government - and the Venezuelan government has always echoed that statement.
"No foreign government has ever held a stake in Smartmatic," - Antonio Mugica, CEO of Smartmatic.
"The government of Venezuela doesn’t have anything to do with the company aside from contracting it for our electoral process," - Venezuelan ambassador Bernardo Alvarez.
While no U.S. lawsuits were filed or indictments issued regarding the suspected ties between Smartmatic-Sequoia and the Chavez government, Antonio Mugica, one of the founders of Smartmatic, was denied a re-entry visa by the U.S.
Dominion purchased Sequoia INCLUDING their intellectual property, hardware, software, and firmware. This means all features of the voting machines and the way they operated was transferred to Dominion.
It is unclear what changes Dominion has made to those original models.
Remember: Sequoia and it’s parent company, Smartmatic, were under scrutiny by multiple U.S. government officials for suspicions that the company was either partially owned by or influenced by the Chavez gov.
Today, the foreign owned Dominion Voting Systems services roughly 30 states and Puerto Rico. They and two other machine manufacturers make up 90% of the electronic voting infrastructure in the U.S.
They even included in the report that a SINGLE COUNTY in #Pennsylvania with a machine security weakness could have major implications for the rest of the county. ⬅️
Dominion Voting Systems is under scrutiny after the #Michigan GOP discovered the software flipped 6,000 votes cast for Republican in favor of their Democrats competitors.
In #Georgia, DVS machines went down due to what the county clerk called an “vendor update” the night before
Now, lawyer @SidneyPowell1 is calling the vote-switching that occurred in Michigan a “feature” of Dominion’s software. This statement is supported by US voting machine manufacturers’ history of lax cyber security improvement & lack of supply chain integrity.
The Great Lakes Justice center has filed a lawsuit on behalf of two plantiffs who say they witnessed serious election interference at the #Detroit TCF center.
1. "Ballots were counted even though the voter’s name did not appear in the official voter rolls."
2. Election workers were ordered to not verify signatures on absentee ballots, to backdate absentee ballots, & to process ballots regardless of validity.
3. Election workers processed ballots that appeared after the election deadline and falsely reported that those ballots had been received prior to November 3, 2020 deadline.

Of getting killed at the hands of Jihadi terrorists.” -Al Skandar
THE FACTS:
Since the independence of India and the split between the Republic of India and the Islamic State of Pakistan, the region of Jammu and Kashmir has been in turmoil.
Located right on the border of India and Pakistan, this region legally belongs to #India - #Pakistan, however, has violently disputed this since the two countries separated in 1947 upon independence from Britain.
