DLA Piper has represented at least one CCP-owned organizations, and has more than one individual on staff who has worked on staff in CCP-owned organizations.
Let's go through the investigation:
Venezuelan nationals Roger Piñate and Antonio Mugica founded Smartmatic back in 2000.
Now, the pair has launched an investment firm that aims to "invest in ventures working on...democratic participation, government efficiency, pollution control, and identity and privacy."
One of the individuals listed on the board of directors at SGO is none other than Sir Nigel Knowles.
After roughly 40 years at DLA Piper, Knowles stepped down as co-chair (just a year after getting the position) & resigned as senior partner in 2016.
Kamala Harris' husband, Doug Emhoff, was made a partner at DLA Piper in 2017 - one year after Knowles stepped down from his role as co-chair. dlapiper.com/en/us/people/e…
Emhoff has now recently stated that he will be leaving the law firm to take on his new role in the possible Biden-Harris administration. yahoo.com/lifestyle/doug…
What's even more interesting:
DLA Piper has had a history of representing #CCP-owned or influenced clients. They also have multiple individuals working in their #China offices that have operated at high levels within CCP-owned companies prior to their tenure at DLA Piper.
For instance, a senior PRC advisor Jessica Jing Zhao served as the Deputy Secretary General of CEITAC, a primary arbitration commission founded by the #CCP's State Council of the People's Republic of China. dlapiper.com/en/us/people/z…
In another instance, Ernest Yang, a partner & head of the litigation / regulatory division in Hong Kong previously worked in CPPCC (Chinese People's Political Consultive Conference). The CPPCC is a legal advisory group & direct wing of the CCP dlapiper.com/en/us/people/y…
In 2017, DLA Piper boasted their advisory work with China East Airlines, an airline owned 62% by the Chinese government. dlapiper.com/en/hongkong/ne…
Brown also currently works as a senior advisor for Eurasia Group, a consulting firm that provides risk assessments and financial advice to business clients based on political landscapes eurasiagroup.net/services/whatw…
He has worked in high-ranking positions within the UN since the late 1970s; In 1996, he served as vice president for external affairs at the World Bank. That same year, he became vice president for UN affairs. un.org/press/en/1999/…

This year alone, Dominion Voting Systems has spent 150,000 on lobbying efforts focused on "election security" and "monitoring federal legislation" through the firm Brownstien Hyatt Farber Schreck.
The Nancy Pelosi link was first covered DJHJ Media. To understand the scope of Dominion's lobbying connections, I felt it crucial to cover all (left and right) of the legislative connections held by Dominion's 2020 lobbyists.
Sequoia was sold to Dominion by their parent company, Smartmantic. Smartmantic had Venezuelan founders & collaborative ties companies with partial Chavez regime ownership. #2020Election
In the purchase of Sequoia, #Dominion acquired the company’s intellectual property, software, firmware, and hardware.
Essentially, the way the machines worked, their design, & programming was transferred to Dominion with the purchase.
They even included in the report that a SINGLE COUNTY in #Pennsylvania with a machine security weakness could have major implications for the rest of the county. ⬅️
Dominion Voting Systems is under scrutiny after the #Michigan GOP discovered the software flipped 6,000 votes cast for Republican in favor of their Democrats competitors.
In #Georgia, DVS machines went down due to what the county clerk called an “vendor update” the night before
Now, lawyer @SidneyPowell1 is calling the vote-switching that occurred in Michigan a “feature” of Dominion’s software. This statement is supported by US voting machine manufacturers’ history of lax cyber security improvement & lack of supply chain integrity.
The Great Lakes Justice center has filed a lawsuit on behalf of two plantiffs who say they witnessed serious election interference at the #Detroit TCF center.
1. "Ballots were counted even though the voter’s name did not appear in the official voter rolls."
2. Election workers were ordered to not verify signatures on absentee ballots, to backdate absentee ballots, & to process ballots regardless of validity.
3. Election workers processed ballots that appeared after the election deadline and falsely reported that those ballots had been received prior to November 3, 2020 deadline.
