Here is another image of the launcher used to fire the Chinese 107mm artillery rockets unto civilian areas, including a school, an impact, an unexploded rocket, and remains of one that landed in the Iranian Embassy.
As you can see one also failed to fire.

It's worth adding there was a large IED in #Kabul just before- seems clearly to me to be a #ISIS K complex op, but I guess we will have to wait for statement and images. Tragedy regardless.
