Sankhya philosophy says there are two primeval entities — Prakruti & Purusha. The material that make up the visible universe is Prakruti, and the consciousness that makes up the world visible is Purusha. [1/6]
Two forces have control over these two entities — Gravity influences Prakruti & Karma influences Purusha.
The water you drink, the air you breathe, the food you eat all part of  Prakruti.
The one who breathes, drinks and eats is Purusha.
[2/6]
Now imagine this — you know the air you breathe is getting recycled, the water you drink is getting recycled, food that you eat is also getting recycled. We are all familiar with this recycling phenomenon.
[3/6]
In Sankhya philosophy the concept of Prakruti undergoing a recycling is called Punaraavarti (Bhagawad Gita Ch.8.16) The phenomenon does not stop here, even the Purusha undergoes recycling.
The phenomenon when Purusha gets recycled is known as Punarjanma or reincarnation.
[4/6]
Both Prakriti and Purusha are involved in a continuous inseparable cosmic dance like Shiva and Parvati. Parvati is Prakruti and Shiva is Purusha.
[5/6]
Whosoever has a grasp on the two phenomenons (Punaravati & Punarjanma ) and the play of the two forces (Gravity & Karma) over the two entities Prakuti and Purusha finds inner peace...

Bhaja Govindam — is about waking up to our own infinite potential.

Because more often we are lost on the surface of life that we miss out on its very essence.

Follow this 🧵..
Let’s do some भज गोविन्दम् ॥ 😀

The central theme of भजगोविन्दं is just this — Seek that higher self. Do not get distracted by trivial attractions of the world — those wont stand by you while you face the greater challenges of life, death.
And therefore — O Ignoramus! Seek Govinda at all times — for at the time when the end is near, with COVID staring us in the face, the rules of language & grammar which you’re trying to cram and master, will not be able to come to your rescue at all!

ENJOY THE BURN

Engaging in something is a commitment to changing ourselves, to burn our habitual patterns in order to allow our deepest, finest selves to fully unfold and express itself.
That each of us have the potential in this life(time) to change deeply is a precious gift. Don’t allow anything or anyone to take that away from you.
This life is much more than having this or that. Life is about discovering something in our hearts.

The Re-Creation of Adam

Adam lazily stretches out his limp left hand towards what appears to be God – Michelangelo featured God as an elderly bearded man floating., as if in motion, amid a cluster of angels.
There’s God extending his right hand towards Adam in an attempt to discharge the spark of divine wisdom.
In the original work of Michelangelo – their fingers were depicted few millimetres apart, set against a neutral background that suggests an electrically charged field.

Leaving this sketch intentionally unfinished., as a reminder, that creation is incomplete in the absence of the awareness of its infinite potential.
Unfinished without the consciousness of what it can be
And only with the awareness to reflect upon the incomplete, is evolution possible.
