The air is getting cleaner, less pollutants are entering the sea, streets are less noisy.
Families spending more time together, less planes flying around the globe
Luxury cruise liners not there to dirty the sea
People looking at local solutions for their needs,
We are taking the time to wash our hands and practise hygiene.
Even our food habits are changing.
The pace of the world has slowed down significantly. We seem to be breathing consciously. A sense of gratitude being alive.
Someday soon, we will overcome the scare of this virus.
But, I hope against hope that we don’t flip back to our previous unsustainable lifestyle, that we use this time as an opportunity to introspect, to know that slowing down is not a bad thing.
For so many decades now, we are stuck in a mad mad race, to go nowhere, trying our best to plunder nature for its resources.
Now is a good time to be calm, to feel out breath, in a special way, to feel the presence of the whole universe throbbing inside us.
A time to strike a harmonious chord with nature and other stakeholders of this planet..
