The German Hospital Society is sounding the alarm in view of the corona-related operating restrictions: "If the federal government does not significantly increase aid, nationwide clinics will no longer be able to pay their employees'
salaries in the first quarter of 2021," says the President of the Hospital Society, Gerald Gaß, the editorial network Germany . "The money from the standard care is missing." The hospitals only had limited financial resources.
In mid-December, the federal government opened a new rescue package for the hospitals. According to the concept of the Ministry of Health,

From next year it will be a criminal offense to photograph or film accident victims. Unintentional photographing under the skirt or in the neckline is then made a punishable offense: the Federal Ministry of Justice pointed this out.
"From now on, our criminal law protects better against infamous exposing photos and videos," said Federal Justice Minister Christine Lambrecht.
So far, according to the ministry, it has only been a criminal offense to take and distribute photos and videos of accident victims who are still alive. In the future, this will also apply if the victims have died. So-called "upskirting" and "downblousing",

Berlin has to do without a vaccine delivery in the first week of January. "We have now received the message from the Federal Ministry of Health that the delivery will be canceled without replacement in the first calendar week,"
says Health Senator Dilek Kalayci from the SPD. It should not continue until January 11th. "This is now causing us great difficulties, as we have made our plans based on these commitments," says Kalayci.
