Sonu Sood has moved the #BombayHighCourt challenging Dindoshi Court’s order refusing to restrain BMC temporarily from taking steps in furtherance to their notice under Section 53 of MRTP.
The notice alleges that there is unauthorised additions and alterations carried out by Sood on his residential property beyond the approved plan of BMC.
The plea will be heard tomorrow by Justice PK Chavan for ad-interim reliefs.

"The Act was passed by the Parliament not only for protection of environment but also at the instance of foreign powers....And many NGOs are filing such writ petitions at the instance of foreign powers," the NHAI affidavit said.
"Many organisations in India calling themselves Environmental Action Groups such as Amnesty International etc are actively involved in attacking development projects and challenging government policies and notifications and doing anti-national activities," the affidavit alleged.
